Signing in to FXGT uses the registered email/password for the Personal Area, plus a second, separate password to connect MT4/MT5.

How to log in to FXGT

The same sign-in process applies to FXGT clients registering from Malaysia:

Open FXGT's sign-in page and enter the email the account was registered with, together with the Personal Area password.
Clear two-factor verification if it is switched on — the code goes to the authenticator app or to the number on file, which for a Malaysian sign-up is usually a +60 mobile.
Inside the Personal Area, pick the trading account you want and read off its MT4/MT5 login number and server name.
Enter that login number, the separate trading password and the server in the platform itself — the Personal Area password will not work there.

Security & password reset

Keep the Personal Area password and the MT4/MT5 trading password separate and unique — turn on two-factor authentication wherever FXGT offers it.

One thing worth settling early from Malaysia: the phone number that receives two-factor codes. A +60 number changed after sign-up, or a SIM left behind while travelling, locks the sign-in even though the password is correct — and restoring access then goes through verification rather than through a reset link.

If FXGT assigns a different entity to Malaysia-resident applicants, the Personal Area may look slightly different from screenshots taken for other countries. The two-password structure is the same either way.

Use the 'forgot password' link on the FXGT sign-in page; the reset email goes to the address the account was registered with, so check the spam folder before asking support.

Are my Personal Area and MT4/MT5 passwords the same?

They are two different credentials. Resetting the Personal Area password leaves the MT4/MT5 trading password untouched, and the trading password is issued per trading account — several accounts under one Personal Area means several of them.
