FXGT Customer Service & Contact
FXGT answers account, funding and platform questions by live chat and email — this page covers which channel fits which problem from a Malaysian time zone, and what to have to hand before opening a ticket.
Open FXGT Account →Live chat and email are FXGT's two support channels, covering account, verification and platform questions. Published hours are usually quoted in GMT or UTC, so a Malaysia-based client should add eight hours to read them in local time; the current list is on FXGT's own contact page.
Ways to contact FXGT — and when to use each
The channels are the same ones offered to any FXGT client; what changes from Malaysia is when they are staffed relative to local time:
| Channel | Best for | When |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | quick account or platform questions | hours listed on FXGT's site |
| verification documents and anything non-urgent | any time — expect a reply on the desk's clock, not yours | |
| Help centre | reading the published rule before asking | any time |
Current hours and staffed channels are listed on FXGT's own contact page — don't assume a fixed response time without checking.
Kuala Lumpur is GMT+8, so support hours published in GMT or UTC are eight hours behind local time: a chat desk listed as 09:00–17:00 GMT is 17:00–01:00 the same evening in Malaysia. A ticket raised on a Friday evening locally lands at the weekly market close, so the reply may only come once the week reopens.
Two things shorten any funding or verification ticket: the trading-account number, and the exact wording of the message FXGT displayed. Payout timing is not really a support question — it follows the method used, and it is set out on our FXGT withdrawal page.
Malaysian public holidays are declared per state as well as federally, so a transfer raised on a working day in Kuala Lumpur can still sit at a bank that is closed elsewhere in the chain. That is a banking delay, not a support failure, and chasing it through chat will not move it.
